We know that it can be a little frightening to make that leap in ordering custom designed print products and apparel, that is why we take every effort to alleviate your worries with personal customer service. This ensures the opportunity to focus on enjoying your items, knowing that Your Creative Vision Has Come To Life!

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To fulfill and begin proposed actionables, a 20% deposit of the total price is required. After the initial deposit is made, comps will be sent out for review. Upon approval and completion of the design, the remaining balance is due. After final payment is received, your order will begin production. Production will take 5-7 business days to complete. Please allow another 5-7 business days for shipping.

To purchase ownership rights of the logo/design (created by VIZIONZ) used on apparel or branded items, a fee of $75.00 per design is assessed. Your professional art files will be delivered for your exclusive use; not shared, utilized or distorted on behalf of VIZIONZ, a division of KEPT Mgmt Co., llc.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
